🏈 It’s game time, readers in grades PK–8! Take the field and complete our Reading Playbook Challenge!

Students should complete 10 reading plays and return their signed playbook to school by October 16.

If your child did not receive a Reading Playbook card at the Homecoming Parade, you may print one below or pick one up from your school’s front office.

Prizes will be handed out after the challenge ends. Let’s tackle some books and score a reading prize! 🏆📖

Our Homecoming Parade is scheduled to begin at 6:00 today. With the heat and humidity expected this afternoon, we have some concerns about the conditions and encourage everyone attending to plan accordingly. Please stay hydrated, dress appropriately, and take breaks as needed. Please remember that participation in the Homecoming events is not mandatory. We want everyone to make the decision that is best for their individual health and well-being.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone this evening from 5:30–6:30!

A shuttle bus will be available at Blue River Park, with pickup near the pickleball courts. Parking is also available in the bus lot, front lot, and back lot.

You may enter through the flagpole entrance, front entrance, or bus lot entrance.

Visit your grandchild’s classroom, take some selfies at our selfie station, and enjoy a special treat!

We are excited to welcome our grandparents to Coulston this evening!

All parents and caregivers are invited to join us for a FREE parent workshop led by Jessie Hyde, Hope Alight Training Specialist and former Shelbyville Central Schools graduate.

Jessie will share practical strategies to help children stay connected, manage big emotions, respond to correction, build healthy technology habits, and thrive throughout the school year.
